Attention : All volunteers who would prefer to do something other than physical labor of building kennels, we are looking for you to sign up to “babysit” the children who want to stay at the
hotel to swim. Our intention is to NOT wear out the children and make them regret coming on the trip. We will be looking for fun filled activities for them to participate in during the day, in the event that the physical toll is too much for them.
On Sunday, we are bringing the children to Max’s at 12 noon to paint the dog houses and leave our Northern mark on the kennels for all to see.
I will be sending out liability forms and emergency contact/medical information forms next week so we have full accountability of all caravan members in the event of an emergency.
ALL Rescue groups in participation:
Your departure date and times are completely up to your facility and the arrival time you wish back to your shelter. If you would rather leave Sunday evening and drive straight through to your shelters, we will have a team together to help load the animals for you.
Please bring your own crates with the dog’s name on each so loading is smooth and we get you on the road immediately
