The Starfish
One day a little boy and his mother were walking on the beach. The beach was filled with thousands of dying starfish, washed up after a storm. The little boy was reaching down and one by one ,tossed them back into the ocean. An older gruff gentleman, watching from a distance shouted "Why bother tossing them back, there are too many to make a difference!!" The little boy looked up at his mom, smiled and tossed yet another one back into the ocean exclaiming, "Sir, I just made the difference to that one!"
